1. Get the most from each one of your visitors. Ask them to subscribe to your e-zine, participate on your message board, bookmark your site, etc. One of the most effective ways to persuade people to do anything is to give them a freebie or strong benefit for taking the action you want them to.
2. Use pop-up windows or advertisements on your web site. They grab your visitor's attention because they jump right out at them. For example, you could use one to get people to subscribe to your free e-zine. Another example, you could offer them a surprise bonus for buying in the next few minutes with a timer counting down.
3. Buy Internet business books, e-books, private site memberships, etc. Study and learn all the new website promotional ideas you can. For example, take notes either while you’re reading the e-book, or afterwards. Write down a list of tips you could apply or use for your own business.
4. Analyze all your promotional efforts. Concentrate on the ones that work and drop the ones that don't. Don't waste your valuable time. 13. Allow people to use your online discussion board for their own web site. Some people don't have one. Just include your banner ad at the top of the board. For example, you could say, "Don't have your own discussion board? Link to ours and invite your visitors to use it."

This saves them time and effort searching for all those links personally. If you update it often, they will come back and revisit and maybe buy one of your products.
3. Add an article section to your web site. People will visit your web site to read and learn new information related to their interests. You want to have original content so people can't go anywhere else to get it. You also want to update it regularly so they will want to revisit your web site over and over.
4. Add an archive of past e-zine issues to your web site. Your new subscribers will visit your web site to read the past issues that they've missed. Your old subscribers might want to look up some information or ads they remembered seeing in your e-zine.
5. Add a free e-book directory to your web site. People will visit your site to download, study and read new information. If you do add one, offer e-book related products. Those people might decide they want to create their own e-book and submit it to your directory.

15. Allow people to lease your products. It's like renting them but they have the option of buying at the end of the lease. For example, if you were leasing out computers, the customers would pay you a monthly fee. If they returned the computer at the end of their lease, you could lease it out again to someone else, or even sell it.
16. Show your potential e-zine subscribers a sample issue of your e-zine. Black out some of the important information; this will make them more curious and get them to subscribe. Use a really juicy tip they have not probably heard of. You could just tell them where to find your e-zine archives or that sample issue after they subscribe.
17. Give away a free follow-up autoresponder course. Publish your e-zine ad in each lesson. The more people who see it, the higher the chance they'll subscribe. Your e-zine needs to have a lot of original and quality content for this to persuade them to subscribe. Of course you could also mention one of your products in each lesson.
18. Offer your potential customers a discount on a particular product you sell if they subscribe to your free e-zine. For example, you could say, " Subscribe to my free e-zine and get a 20% discount off my latest e-book!" After they subscribe you could tell them about your secret discount order page in the ‘thank you’ e-mail you send them.
19. You could end your ad copy with a free bonus. When you give people a free bonus, it increases the product's perceived value.
20. Ask your potential subscribers questions that'll persuade them to subscribe. For example, you could say, "Would you like to be able to retire before you're 40?" Another example, "Does the idea of working at home appeal to you?"
21. Write your e-zine's ad to sound like it is common sense to subscribe. For example, you could say, "Everyone knows you have to know a few things before you start a business!" Another example, "We all know that knowledge is a key factor in making a business profitable."
22. Assume people are going to instantly subscribe to your e-zine. For example, "Dear Healthy Subscriber". They will want to subscribe in order to feel healthy. Another example, "Dear Intelligent Subscriber". They will want to subscribe in order to feel intelligent.
23. Allow your subscribers to collect things from each issue of your e-zine. It could be e-books or software. They'll tell others and those people will subscribe too. For example, you could say, "In each issue of our e-zine we will be giving away a new limited edition business report! Collect them all!"
24. Tell people what their friends or family might say as a result of them learning what's in your e-zine. People care about what other people think of them.
25. Make people feel like it's their idea to subscribe, they will be less hesitant. For example, you could say, "You are making a smart decision for subscribing." Another example, "Thank you for making an intelligent choice and subscribing to our e-zine!" Plus you're assuming ahead of time they are going to subscribe.
26. Allow other e-zine publishers or web site owners to republish small nuggets or excerpts of information from your free e-book with your byline or ad included. That is another way to market your business with the use of a free e-book.
27. Make extra profits from selling monthly updates of your free e-book. You could also back-end sell the extra, never-before-released chapters of your free e-book. You’ll have a lot more people reading your e-book and seeing your ad because it's free and because you allow others to give it away. Plus you can make more profit from it by selling extra content.
28. You could have a famous and respectable person on your banner ad representing your product, web site or service. People will click because they'll trust that person over you. For example, you could say, "The famous (name) has even bought our product! Click here to see why!"
29. Divide your free e-book into reports then allow people to use them as bonus products for products they sell. Just make sure they include your resource box or ad with the report. If you want to, allow them to sell the reports too.
30. Give other businesses permission to give away a free subscription to your e-zine as a bonus for a product they sell. You want the product or service to be related to your e-zine though. Just think, you could have a lot of businesses offering your e-zine to their customers.

The Importance of Keywords For Your Website

Keyword density is an indicator of the number of times the selected keyword appears in the web page. But mind you, keywords shouldn’t be over used, but should be just sufficient enough to appear at important places.

Before you begin to submit your website to search engines ensure your websites are thoroughly designed to the professional quality using the right key words, good graphics and pictures and the relevant content. Don’t submit websites that are incomplete. While submitting to a search engine, make sure to provide information about your website, keywords and any other information that may be pertinent, including the name and contact information of your business.

It is recommended to use keywords in page titles itself. This title tag is different from a Meta tag, but it's worth considering it in relation to them. Whatever text one places in the title tag (between the < title > and < /title > portions) will appear in the title bar of browsers when they view the web page. Some browsers also append whatever you put in the title tag by adding their own name, as for example Microsoft's Internet Explorer or OPERA.

The actual text you use in the title tag is one of the most important factors in how a search engine may decide to rank your web page. In addition, all major web crawlers will use the text of your title tag as the text they use for the title of your page in your listings.

If you have designed your website as a series of websites or linked pages and not just a single Home Page, you must bear in mind that each page of your website must be search engine optimized. The title of each page i.e. the keywords you use on that page and the phrases you use in the content will draw traffic to your site.

The unique combination of these words and phrases and content will draw customers using different search engine terms and techniques, so be sure you capture all the keywords and phrases you need for each product, service or information page.

The most common mistake made by small business owners when they first design their website is to place their business name or firm name in every title of every page. Actually most of your prospective customers do not bother to know the name of your firm until after they have looked at your site and decided it is worth book marking.

So, while you want your business name in the title of the home page, it is probably a waste of valuable keywords and space to put it in the title line of every page on your site. Why not consider putting keywords in the title so that your page will display closer to the top of the search engine listing.

Dedicating first three positions for keywords in title avoiding the stop words like ‘and’, ‘at’ and the like is crucial in search engine optimization.

If you repeat your keywords with every other word on every line, then your site will probably be rejected as an artificial site or spam site.

The stock market started approximately during the 11th century between the Muslim and Jewish merchants who were into trade associations of buying and selling their stocks and merchandise. As the concept of marketing grew bigger and beyond the individual manual
selling, a more complex approach to handle these staggering amounts of transactions were realized.

Modern day stock markets handle global economic corporations, as well as privately transacted shares and holdings of businesses included in the stock market index. Part of the way to manage money through stock marketing is to know when to weigh the pros and cons of knowing when to buy or sell shares. It is important to determine the trend of price shares and transactions between brokers and shareholders as well.



The stock market is similar to a gamble of risking the money earned to buy stockholdings and hoping that higher intervention would allow that company to perform well at a consistent rate to earn dividends.


Think of it in a similar way as that of currency rates. One may invest in buying a certain currency if the price of each foreign currency is still low against the local currency. Furthermore, a projection of foreign exchange rate going up soon would be a factor to invest in it, and selling them when the rate is at its peak. The added value per local currency
becomes the dividend or profit.

When one wishes to manage money through stock marketing, one becomes engaged in a
more complex form of virtual buying and selling in a corporate and economic level. Still, small time investors are still able to have a share of this venture and work their way up from then.

Can article marketing help your business? The answer is yes because not only are you able to post your articles for free but you get to reach a specific audience that is interested in your product or service.

With the Internet the new venue for business, article marketing has become the new trend for advertising and marketing products to consumers. These articles do not only provide information on a variety of topics, it also allows visitors to see the sites. It is because of this wide range of content why it is so easy now to research over the Internet.

Article marketing, to those who are not yet familiar with the field, is the use of articles to help introduce the products that the sites are selling. These articles will often contain a bio box and a byline that will include the name of the business and the contact information. Article marketing is also used in increasing the rank of a site in search engines like Yahoo and Google.

You see, the more articles you put into the directory, the better will your site's search results will be. Of course, websites that are on top of the sites will have more visitors and in turn better sales from the increased consumer viewing.

A site that has reliable and good content will not only expect the support of the online viewers but also advertisers who feel that they will be viewed more in the website. These companies are called online advertisers.

Some online advertisers can post their advertisement for free in exchange for a percentage of the income generated by the ads or the number of views of the ad. Because many sites are putting in more articles than they can finish, the articles are often haphazardly done and unfinished. Many will contain grammar mistakes and even wrong spelling. Some sites will even have unfinished articles with the paragraph all about the topic you searched on but the body of the article about an entirely different topics. It will take you a while before you can sort out everything.

It doesn’t matter if the article you are writing about is for a small, medium or large business because there are ways to promote it. For instance, if your article is for a small restaurant, you should put in the title something related to the location of the establishment. The same goes for the medium and large scale business. The key here is to come up with a catchy title that your audience can relate to.

Of course there are other ways of promoting your business such as paying for pop up ads and meta-tags. But why would you spend when you can get this for free? So, take advantage of this free marketing tool and see what it can do as it has done for others. You surely wouldn’t want to pass up on the chance so write something about your business or get someone to do it for you.

The trend of article marketing has also led to a lot of copied content or rephrased content. When you try keyword search and click on the websites that come out in the results, you will notice that a lot of them will have the same content. Some will have the same exact content while others will just be a re-written version of the original that was posted.

From being used as a way to increase the credibility of the product and giving information to the consumers and researchers, article marketing has become a business that has squeezed out the quality from the articles that are posted.

Before you research over the internet, check your sources. Article marketing online has definitely changed the way we do research. It might have made researching easier but it made discriminating harder.

Because of this, researchers on the internet have been cautioned to only check the websites that are being kept by reliable sources such as universities, government agencies, foreign organizations and research facilities. Some sources of information over the internet are not actually to be trusted when it comes to content and originality.

Article marketing have definitely changed the face of the Internet. The question is: Is it for the better or for the worse? We will have to wait and see in the future.

You have a business. And you have a web site for that business. But you are lacking the desired traffic. You want to get the word out about your site. For this reason, you choose to write articles that are intended for marketing.
